As your chosen property management team we can carry out a range of planned, preventative maintenance and minor fault resolution. We will also liaise with you to determine a course of action to resolve more major faults if they occur.
As part of your contract set up, we will agree whether you would like us to source and set up ongoing management of items such as gardening, window cleaning, oven deep cleaning, gas safety checks and PAT testing.
We can offer regular property checks which can be carried out periodically when the property is not occupied. This might be useful if you require someone to keep an eye on your property’s oil level or to do an LPG check. We can also arrange for your septic tank to be emptied.
Where we are not able to use our own maintenance team, we use a wide range of local tradespeople to carry out these jobs on your behalf.
We are the main point of contact for holidaymakers during office hours for any fault reporting and we will deal with this.
We also offer an out of hours, on call service, 7 days a week, where holidaymakers can contact our maintenance services team. The team aim to provide an over the phone fault solution service to keep costs to a minimum but they will also go out to your property in the case of an emergency.
