Reactive Maintenance Service
Sometimes, with the best will in the world, the unforeseen occurs. From the minor inconveniences like a television that's 'on the blink' or a wobbly towel rail to the more serious incidents like a leaking washing machine, a fault with a gas oven or broken locks - these are all things that can cause guests inconvenience or displeasure during their stay.
Choosing Suffolk Cottage Care to handle of all your property's reactive maintenance relieves you of the day-to-day issues that arise as a result of letting your holiday home. Your guests can contact us directly in the event of a problem and we'll deal with it - simple.
Our Reactive Maintenance Cover provides you and your guests with emergency support cover, with a dedicated phone line. Our usual reactive hours are 9am until 9pm, 7-days a week. Guests can also get in touch with us 6-days a week via the offices of Suffolk Secrets and Suffolk Cottage Holidays, which are well located in Southwold, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. We'll deal with incoming problems and arrange reactive repairs, including parts and materials. We'll handle the costs of repair, and provide you with a monthly owner statement.
Communication is key, so our admin team will ensure that you and your guests are kept up to date whilst we're fixing the problem in hand.
